FAQ

Answers to Common Questions

What makes you guys different from any other video game store?

Our store really values games and appreciates the story behind them. Our team tries to make each experience here personal and really make you feel like you're at home. Without our excellent team behind our company, we would essentially be what any store is, a room filled with video games. We believe you have to bring life to the store and make it feel like nothing else they have seen before.

We also want to make sure we create a shopping experience that is remembered for it's affordability, the quality of the products, the knowledge that our team brings to each purchase, and the comfort you get from buying with us.

What all do you take for trade?

We really believe that gaming to us starts with the classic NES console so we mostly carry products ranging from the NES and Sega Master system up to the most current generation with the PS4, Switch, and Xbox One.

We purchase any games, accessories, or consoles that go with those. Only if we have a really high amount of an item do we ever turn it down. We do also favor newer disc based games to have their case and usually only accept loose discs if they are valued at $15 or higher typically.

We have also started accepting all used/new manga and anime products.

Do you guys offer just store credit, cash, or both?

We offer cash or store credit. The credit is made ready at either location and is kept in our Point of Sale system (POS).

Which payment methods do you accept?

We take all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard,  and Discover. We also accept Apple pay or PayPal.

What is your return policy?

All items are guaranteed to work. If an item is defective within 14 days of purchase, we will either swap it for the same item or issue you store credit in the amount of the original purchase. We do not accept any new items back once they have been opened.

Do you offer gift cards?

We do. Come by and ask today and we will get you set up with one.
